For a long time, I didn’t realize how much more was available to me.

I created The Self Care Movement as a space for deep healing, self-love, and remembering your worth. It’s more than a shift out of survival mode—it’s a return to wholeness. It's a devotion to loving every part of yourself, even the ones that once felt too messy, too much, or not enough.

Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
No worries! All sessions are hosted live in the private Facebook group and will be recorded. You can catch the replays anytime that works for you.
Q: How long will I have access to the content?
The Facebook group will stay open for 2 weeks after the challenge ends—so you'll have time to catch up, revisit replays, and integrate the work.
Q: Do I need to show up every single day?
While showing up consistently will give you the most transformation, this challenge is designed with flexibility in mind. You'll receive prompts Monday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reserved for rest and integration.
Q: What kind of support is included?
You’ll receive daily guidance, live teachings, and a supportive community inside the group. Myself or someone from my team is also available via email or Facebook Messenger if you need additional support throughout the challenge.
Q: How much time should I set aside each day?
Each live session runs for about 45 minutes, and the journaling/homework typically takes at least 20 minutes. Homework is only given on live session days—so you’ll have 12 lives and 12 homeworks across the 21 days.
Q: What if I fall behind?
Life happens—and that’s okay! The structure is designed to keep you moving, but it’s also go-at-your-own-pace friendly. You can always revisit the content during the 2-week catch-up window.
