My Story (And Why This Changes Everything)
In May 2023, I was in the middle of what most would call a breakdown. A toxic relationship had ended. I was a single mom.
I was on SSRIs. Drinking wine every night. I was working full-time, boxed in, and disconnected. My business existed—but it wasn’t thriving.
I wasn’t thriving.
Then everything shifted.
I brought in Somatics. Breathwork. Deeper meditation. Energy work. Plant medicine. Nontraditional mindset tools.
And most importantly, devotion.
I did the work—not the kind that burns you out, but the kind that honors your energy and asks for your full presence.
Some days that meant grace and rest.
Other days it meant showing up for breathwork when I didn’t feel like it.
I listened. I followed. I honored the call.

How do I know if I’m ready for this?
If you’ve already done inner work and are craving deeper embodiment, more clarity, and stronger self-trust… you’re ready. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be devoted.
What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions are recorded and yours for life. If you miss a call, you’ll be able to catch up on your own time—and integrate in the way that works best for you.
What’s the time commitment?
We meet live every Tuesday at 2pm EST for 8 weeks starting August 26th, 2025. Each group session is approximately 90 minutes.
There will also be 2 additional group sessions during the 8 weeks—those times will be announced later to accommodate different schedules.
You’ll also schedule 2 private 1:1 sessions—one during the program, and one within 2 months after.
Beyond that, you’ll be encouraged to integrate the practices in a way that supports your life, not overwhelms it.
Do I need to have experience with breathwork or somatic practices?
Not at all. Everything is guided, step-by-step. As long as you're open, curious, and willing to explore with integrity, you’ll thrive.
Is this program aligned with my spiritual beliefs?

This program draws on energetic, intuitive, and spiritual practices that may be considered unconventional. You don’t need to agree with everything—just come with an open heart, and the discernment to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. This is a space of freedom, not dogma.
